Submission Deadline: Postmarked on or before June 19, 2023

Must be a December 2022 High School Graduate (1st year college student) or May 2023 graduate.
Must provide:

o Letter of Recommendation from the Band Director or Fine Arts Director

o Letter of Recommendation from School Administrator or School Counselor

o Must have at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average

o Copy of Letter of Acceptance from College/University of choice

Complete the attached Scholarship Application
Submit a 1-page essay detailing the importance of this award, expected use of the funds, future goals and a notarized statement of commitment to return to a COJMFAF event in the future for a personal update, (i.e. how did the award help in the first year in the attainment of his/her goals) and a personal performance on a date agreed upon between the recipient and the Scholarship committee
